How To Enter An Event

There is a simple procedure to follow when entering any of our events. As you will appreciate we require
 a little help from you when organising these events.

First of all, contact us via phone to book and confirm entry in an event.
Once you have reserved your place we will assume your entry into that event is confirmed.
Should for any reason you wish to cancel your place, at least
48 hours cancellation notice via phone MUST be given, otherwise the full green fee will be charged.
 I’m sure you will understand, as we have to confirm with the golf courses in advance,
 numbers of players and buggies required. Should you want to reserve a buggy for any event,
 you must do this when booking your place.

Tee times will be posted on our website the day before the event or if you do not have access to the internet,
 please call us to check your time. Please turn up at least 30 minutes before your tee time.
On the day of the event, please sign in and pay at our British Golf Club check in desk,
 that we have set up at all our events. Do not pay at the pro shop.

If you are a member of the Spanish Federation, please bring your card on the day of the event,
 otherwise €3 has to be charged to cover your insurance for that day.
